Introduction
Welcome to AVF Studio. By accessing or using our services—including photography, fashion shoots, branding, catalogs, videography, reels, production, movies, and cinematography—you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between AVF Studio (“we,” “our,” “us”) and our clients (“you,” “your”). Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
Services
AVF Studio provides end-to-end creative solutions in photography, videography, cinematography, and production. Our offerings include but are not limited to: Fashion campaigns and editorial shoots Branding and catalog production Commercial advertisements and films Creative direction and post-production The scope of each project will be defined in a written proposal, quotation, or service agreement.
Bookings & Deliverables
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment or written confirmation. Project timelines, deliverables, and revisions will be specified prior to commencement. Any additional requirements or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional costs and extended timelines.
Payments
A non-refundable advance is required to secure bookings. Full payment must be completed before delivery of final files, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods. Late payments may result in suspension of services or withholding of deliverables.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled shoot date may incur cancellation charges. Advance payments are non-refundable but may be adjusted against rescheduled projects at our discretion. Refunds are only applicable in cases of service non-delivery due to reasons attributable to AVF Studio.
Intellectual Property & Usage
All raw files (photos, videos, project files) remain the property of AVF Studio unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Clients receive usage rights for the final deliverables as outlined in the service agreement. Deliverables may be showcased in AVF Studio’s portfolio, website, or social media unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality. Any sensitive information, campaign details, or brand strategies shared with AVF Studio will remain strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.
Liability
AVF Studio will take all reasonable precautions to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. However, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by unforeseen events such as equipment failure, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the services agreed upon in the contract.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Surat, Gujarat.
Updates to Terms
AVF Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
